Not like last two months, it stopped moving forward. Seemed they are processing those transferred cases.

Let me make a calculation. Usually, it takes 6 months to get 140 approval. Count backwards, they should be doing last Oct/Nov application.

Since only two centers working on these, it would not proceed one month in next month.The moving speed would be 1.5 months for last year's one month application.
