Please give some advice

plan to apply for NIW.
Here's my background:
Ph.D. in 2005 in seismic imaging (geophysics)
Now work as a postdoc in a medical center on medical imaging (similar techniques as seismic imaging).

Publication: 2 first author journal papers
2 second author journal papers
1 second author book chapter
around 10 conference publication (abstracts, posters, and papers)
citation number is very small

Please give me some suggestion (good lawyer around midwest area, material I need to prepare, recommendation letters)
