Can I change job during the H1B 3yrs extension?

I just got my I-140 approved and have to apply H1B extension soon.

My question is after I get the 3 years H1b extension, can I change my job during the 3 years to another employer just based on H1b status? or I have to attach with my current employer until my 485 file 180 day or get EAD?
