actually the immigration attorney hired by my company declined to give me the receipt number or forward any response from the uscis (usics? whatever it's called). i'm quite annoyed by that. and the quick approval of my i-140 doesn't really change my impression of the attorney. (but i'll probably still send her and her staff a thank-you card to make sure they don't mess up with my i-485 filing.)
to answer your question, i don't know what the receipt letter says. i'm lucky to have the i-140 approved so quickly. let's hang in there and hopefully get our i-485 done soon.
