Why Texas?

Can you tell me where I should send materials for renewal of my EAD? My I-140 and I-485 were submitted to Vermont Services Center last March. I got my EAD from Vermont center last July. I sent materials to Vermont for renewal of my EAD on May 11. So far, there is no receipt, no return, and check has not been cashed. Did I send a wrong place? where should I send?
