請問我的H4是不是已經是非法身份了？

老公是H1，我是H4，與老公於今年(2006)3月19來美。現在剛發現visa的問題：
1)visa的Expiration Date:五月十號，2006；I94也寫著：until May 10,2006；但是老公I797的Expiration Date是：12月31日，2006。
請問我的H4是不是已經是非法身份了？有沒有補救措施？不懂visa, I94,以及I797上的無效日期都指的是什麽？請各位有此經驗的說一說，小女子謝過大家！！！
