I don't think this is a good RFE since it is very vague. So it is really hard to determine what is missing in your application. Independent letters may help. However, it might be the scenario that the officer who reviewed your case was not NICE. In fact, from what I know, such as a RFE should be avoided as suggested by INS. The same NIW case can have differnent result from different INS officer.
