When xiao bai tu answered somebody’s questions, she mentioned that if the parents have lived in USA for ten years and has a child who is US citizen, then they can file the I-485 and apply for EAD. My question is:
1. If the child is under 21, is it still OK?
2. How about the child’s bigger sister who is under 21 and also has stayed for ten years? Can the parents file the I-485 for her at the same time?
3. What is the Student Adjustment Act? I heard it allows the high school students who have been in USA for 5 years to apply for the Green Card. Is this true? Is this Act already effective or still waiting for government approval?
4. Can anyone give the related web link about these Act?
Thank you for your kind help!
xiao bai tu and other experts please help!
