I see, you should land by car. airport is not good way to do. since you have been denied the landing, there is nothing you can do about it. by the way, I do not think it will hurt your us green card lah. the us official don't care on what happened to you in canada. it is not your business as long as you have valid AP lah.
do not worry too much, you should be ok
