Lost Money Order in Consulate

1. colect all the information (copy of the money order, both side.), and get the bank copy of the original ( pay to Consulate , not the forged person/identity)
2. report this to local police (houston), get a police case #
3. report this to the consulate office leader with above information(1, 2), and ask to do your case without another payment or pay another payment and wait the result of the forgery case.
