是否可以停薪留職並保留 H1-B一年

1. even you have current H-1b status and visit china, you need get valid H-1b visa again (DOS, third country, or in China)
2. after the paycheck stoped, your H-1b is ended
3. after one year, you can re-apply a new H-1b( even the same job, same company). approve or not is at the officer.
4. 停薪留職(leave without pay) is not for H-1b
