derivative 485, different retrogression from the primary applica

My hu*****and NIW EB2 I-140 was approved last November. I485s for both of us were submitted in last June. Are we going to be on the same time line in terms of waiting for visa numbers? or his is on employment-based and mine on family based timetable? Thanks.
