Can I send get another immunization form and send with copy of R

My RFE need I-693 and immunization form, I already mail the I-693 with Immunization form(which no passport number) with original RFE.

Can I get another copy of the immunization form with I-693 and mail it with copy of RFE?

Or I need to get both copy of I-693 and immunization form and mail with copy of RFE?
