I don't know why fellows always worry about this, worry about that without any sound reason.

Whether or not you are appplying green card absolutely has nothing to do with your H-1B application in China!

There are so many people talking about going back to China with AP as backup but still can come back with H-1B visa approved at US embassy. I just did it a couple of weeks ago. The only thing is that they conducted background check on me for three weeks.
