請教：我現在是否是非法工作。

我140批準了，我用回美證回來的，聽說一用回美證，我的非移民身份就消失了。那麽我現在依然為我的雇主工作，難道就是非法工作了嗎？是否我要去申請一個工卡？ 謝謝！
