I filed NIW I-140 to CSC and transfered to TSC. Recently I received RFE from TSC to ask for addition evidence:
(1) Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the alien were required to obtain labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than other individuals in the field? Please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
(2) Submit evidence that demonstrates the alien’s specific prior achievements that would justify the projected future benefit of the alien to the national interest.
(3) Submit evidence that his achievements have impacted others in his field. The self-petitioner must demonstrate how his documented achievements are more significant/noteworthy by comparison to others in the field and are above that normally attained by somebody at his current level.
My questions are:
a).I have two journal papers published recently, but haven't got any citations. How can I get evidence that my achievements have impacted others in my field? Can you give me any suggestions?
b).I also have a book chapter in press. For RFE, I have asked the book editor to write a letter to support my green card application. Originally I hope to take his letter as additional evidence for RFE. However, he wrote me a very short letter just to confirm I am an author of a chapter and very general evaluation of my chapter. The letter didn't address my greencard application. I don't know if this letter works for RFE. I plan to request him to revise his letter to give more detail evaluations of my work only. What do you think? Does his letter have to address my greencard application?
c).For the first RFE above, what kind of evidence can I submit? Do reference letters work for that purpose?
