回複：VSC NIW RFE due Mid-June, should I file to VSC or new cent

In your RFE letter, there should be an instruction on the bottom of it telling you where you should submit the RFE materials to. I did mine on 04/21/2006 and submit back to VSC. This is also what my lawyer said.
