求助！關於婚姻綠卡的一個問題

我是F１，男友是公民，打算近期結婚，１２月回國。準備９月結婚。這段時間估計條件綠卡辦不下來。
請問 I-131 (AP, optional if you plan to travel during the pending of I-485) 是不是可以出國，回美國不用再簽證了？
一般多長時間能辦下來？
