請問: 父母簽證

各位權威:

有個關於父母身份的問題:

如果他們在美國探親簽證過期, 將來給他們辦綠卡時,會有什麽影響? 如果那時他們在國內或還在美國,有什麽區別?

多謝指教!我拿綠卡三年了.父母在我這呆了快一年了.因為唯一的孫子在這, 他們有點舍部下.
