Not a problem. You can travel on AP while I-485 is pending even if you're not working at all.
The concern is whether you were in legally status when I-485 was filed. If you were, no problem. If you were out of status for more than 6 months, you will be found inadmissible (deny I-485) at time of adjustment of status even though they will still let you into the U.S. on AP.
