回複：fsa2000 and other NIW experts, please help!

My DIY 140 was submitted last year to CSC and was transferred to TSC this year. Unfortunately I received a RFE from TSC. The officer asks for:

1. Why apply for labor certificate would hurt the national interest of US?

**** Simply to prove you are superior to your peers in the field of your effort.


2. Letter from the patent office to prove the patent has been issued (but I already attached the mail from the patent office in my original filing)

***** just submit a copy of the patent certificate again.

With my RFE DIY PKGE, it is easy to deal with the 1st issue.
