Yes

1. No dual status allowed. You will hold either H1 or H4 or O3.

2. The last approved thing is your final status. So if your H4 approved later than H1, you are H4 and cannot work.

3. Try to cancel H4 and O3 application if you apply H1. Make sure they cancel it.
