poeple who has been in USA for 2 years (who landed on USA during 2002-2004, although so many, take some quota too) and are also those people who came to USA in the end of 2004 and in the early of 2005. You know what? In the early of 2005, in TSC, there are tons of lucky guys who got GC within one to 3 months. Then before 1st OCT, people knew there would have retrogression, people just file I-140/1-485 together, there were thousands of this group of people.

So, EB2 processing will definately slow down as long as it gets in 2005. Maybe since now.
