they would like to keep I-485 at least 1 year away from currence.

There are more qualified new applications beased on PD.

So new EB-1 may be around 01/2005.

Guess 2

EB-2 would be later than EB-1 which is controlled by USCIS on purpose. So EB-2 would be around 07/2004.

Guess 3

EB-3 would be still or <3 months movement because of numerouse applicants.
