Have you received your receipt?

If not, you may think about to reapply ASAP.
It's no use to call them if you don't have receipt, which means you don't have case no. and they can't help you.
Even though you have case no., the people on the phone will ask you just to wait.
If you have receipt with case no., the worst thing is to wait three months, and go to local office to get interim card. Wish you had that before!
