Do you have your AP right now? Be careful before your I-140's approval. I guess you were not born in P. R. China, otherwise you probably cannot file your 485 due to the visa number availibiity.

It's really up to the USCIS (i forgot it's name, former INS). They will inform you separately. Sometimes you can do it together, sometimes not.
