01/26/06, I-140仍未批

前不久在這問過大家,Status 是
On February 10, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
我的receipt notice第一次因為律師地址錯誤,退回後被寄到公司(這會不會算作change of address?),然後recipt notice上蓋了個02/10/06的章.因此律師說這個notice不可能是approval的notice,而且也沒收到approval.
請問可能會有什麽問題嗎? LUD是03/29/06, 之後沒有動過.謝謝!
