Question about Transfer

It seems a lot of friend got transfer for their I140. But do anyone know this is a good or a bad thing? Does this cause a longer waiting? re-wait from the transferring day? And somebody told me it is no good if a case was transferred to NSC, because NSC do some preliminary scaning for the case and then send them to TSC. Anyone want to discuss about it? please!
