今天收到USCIS的EMAIL，請大家幫忙看看是什麽意思？

我的CASE：EB1, I-140/485 applied on 9/28/2005, I-140 approved 10/28/2005, Finger Print 2/11/2006

這個welcome notice是個什麽東東？我的一個朋友今天也收到同樣的信，他是2004年4月遞的申請，也是EB1。
