Dont' give up

Nowaday it is very common for NIW to get RFE. But don't be discouraged. As long as you prepare materials well, you still have chance to get approved, especially for these from TSC.
You need to answer questions one by one. Re-organize your materials and list your answers to the questions specially. If you could, get more recommendation letters from big people. When you organize your materials, keep in your mind that you need to provide evidence to support your claim everywhere.
Let's look at this way. If you try your best, there is big chance that you will get approved. Then you are relieved because I-485 is just a matter of time. If not, at least you tried your best. If you just give up now, you still have to deal with that in the future unless you decide to leave US. If you have to do that eventually, it is better to do it now. Remember, I-140 in TSC has really good chance of being approved.
