Xiaobaitu, mycents and other experts please help!

My PD is 12/2002, which became current last month. I checked my 485 case status online a couple of times, and it has not changed since my FP (Nov, 2005). I understand a lot of 485 cases have been transftered from other centers to NSC last month, so the processing date (7/30/2005)in NSC has not moved a single day since April. My receipt date is Sep, 2005. Do you think it is worth calling or check with NSC at this time? Or I should simply wait until the processing time move to Sep, 2005.

My H-1B is going to expire this November. Do you think I should renew it? My 140 has been approved last year. I also want to use my AP next year. I heard that after you use your AP, you will lose your H-1B automatically. Is it true? I just do not want to throw my money into water. I have a good attorney, but her charge is higher than a lot of attorneys.

Please let me know. Your input is highly appreciated.
