I am always in school and no military or sensitive job experience. My major is chemistry. It is odd to me why they are doing this as well. I provide first time 8 recommendation letters including 2 from NIH, 1 from national cancer center, 1 from DOS, 4 from universities and second time 4 recommendation letters with total 3 indenpendent letters. 11 publications with >~120 citations. Is it true that VSC is trying to deny every case now days?
