But you just wanna ask them to see the H4 status, without saying anything about Canada. But the issue is, nobody knows that, if the border officer recorded your entrance, will the CIS officer on the phone see it, or else it can be seen by the process date and H4 will be denied then? And it seems there is no way to know if they recorded your entrance, unless they told you in the border building.
