Since I have not applied for Canada immigration, my following understanding has not been verified.

1. how to get police certificate in China and USA? what is the simple usual way to get it?
*** 中國的應該是到你檔案所在的城市的公證處辦. 美國的應該是等到canada 通知你時再辦( 但我不了解具體辦理程序)

3.finish two master degrees in USA, do i still need to take any language test to show I can get full score in English?
*** Usually a person who has USA degree and USA work experience can get test waived. But it will be a big plus if you give a good statement about your English skill.
