I am renewing my H-1B visa. During the pending period, can I travel to China?
I heard that if I leave USA during the pending it will be considered as an abandonment of my H-1b application. Is this true? BTW, I applied I-140 and I-485 concurrently last year and have I-140 and AP approved.
