Since you need to ask information on the Permanent Resident Card (PR Card) 1 800 255-4541(in Canada only) is the number you should dial.
Just in case you have trouble with maple card, you can call this number and talk to someone. As far as I understand, you have to call that number in day time, weekday. Also, this number might not be available if you are outside Canada.
Don't worry. Landing is not hard. Prepared for the worst but take it easy. Very likely, everything will be fine.
