Acturally I don't know if it is finished or not. My daughter and I got the appointment to do finger print in the same month, make me think that it might be finished.

I have sent email to FBI name check on Oct/2004, but got a standard answer after 3-4 month, saying still pending.

during this 2.5 years my I-485 case was only updated for one time after i changed my address and call them for several time to confirm the address in their database was changed.
