please 知名度比較高help: what I should do?

My response to I140 RFE (DIY) has been submitted for almost three months, but still, there is no result (only one LUD on the next day of submission).
Do you think it's a good idea if I call the CIS frequently, for example, one time each day to push them?
My H1 visa has no much valid time left, and I really need to know the result before starting to apply Canada GC. Our kid can not catch up in the school in China anymore, so, it's a critical issue to us now.

Any good suggestions?
