１。１４０一般多長時間批得下來？
--depend, case by case, sometimes 50-60days, or 4-6months

２。OPT身份７月份到期，如果１４０批下 來了，還用辦H1嗎？

３。聽說現在不接收４８５了，如果１４０批下來了，就是傻等移民局接收４８５的通知了嗎？
--depend on what kind of 140 did you file, waiting for the PD(update each month), if it's curent, you can file 485.
for EB1 and NIW the PD=the date you file 140, for EB2(LC) and eb3, the PD=the date you file LC or PERM
