I try 1-800-375-5283 so many time, my experience is when i input my case number the messenger tell me that due to a temperary problem, he can not access my information. in this case what i need to do next?

if i hold on, he will tell me go back to the main manual, after several time he will terminate the phone call. How to avoid this matter?
