Thank you for your input. But after saying that my case isn't accessable the messenger said that "please call back again' or go to the main manual. if i hold it he will terminate me.

my route is:
1-2-6-case number-1
seems no next step.

I am so puzzled but i really want to check if my name check is cleared or not, since the PD is current for my case.
