Please help about I-485

My questions:
(1)I just wonder when you file I-485, if you will receive two notices, one for receipt notice of I-485 and the other for fingerprint fee receipt notice?
(2)is AXX XXX XXX A# in many forms?

My case:

I filed I485 half year ago but I never got the Receipt Notice. From online status check I found it undeliverable.I wrote Texas center several times and called national consumer center several times but received no positive response. Recently I realized I did not send them $50 fingerprint fee. Later I gave Texas center $50 and immediately they mailed me a I-797C form which contains:
Case type I-485
notice type FPF Receipt Notice
Applicant with a number AXX XXX XXX.

These make me raise above quesitons. It seems like I am stupid. Thanks for your input and Happy holidays.
