綠卡問題 (I 751)

我剛收到通知，我的I751 通過了。
“your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved ..... You must obtain a new alien registration receipt card (form I-551)"

我有幾個問題：
I-551 是什麽？是永久綠卡嗎？
去移民局的時候，要帶些什麽文件？
去移民局的時候，可以當麵要求在passport上蓋章嗎？ (passport endorsement)
