I sent out NIW petition to CSC in last September through my current lawyer. Now my case has been transferred to CSC in March. I just got the copy of my petition. The legal brief is written badly so I decide to terminate the contract with current lawyer. I am afraid she will ruin my case if I go further with her for RFE.I have another question. Do I need to inform the USCIS if I terminating the contract with my current lawyer without recruiting a new lawyer? I may prepare the RFE myself.Thanks!
