Did you submit NIW? If so, I remembered about one month ago, the processing date for NIW at NSC was Nov.29, 2002. And right now it should pass it. Do not check your I140 NIW status via Advanced Degree date. It is not accurate. Before NSC always gave two separate date for them and Advanced degree is always two-three months faster.
