to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On April 28, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

請問這是甚麽意思？是綠卡已經寄出來了還是其它甚麽意思？

另外，本人的經驗是：除非您的條件特別NB或者在大學工作，在公司工作的朋友們應該盡量避免申請‘傑出科學家’。和我同時進公司的幾個人用勞工部的第二類辦的全部都在兩年前拿到了綠卡。

本人美國博士，畢業直接進公司工作。一流刊物文章十二篇，美國專利八個，專利PENGING十幾個。個。當時律師認為第一類沒問題，那知道收集材料花很長時間，補材料，被據，申訴，一直折騰到現在。五年。同期通過勞工部辦的早拿綠卡了。
