Xiaobaitu please advise, thanks a lot!

Xiaobaitu, you helped me with my RIR question two months ago, and my RIR got approved today. Thank you so much!!! Because I filed my RIR myself, so I have some question about 140 and 485, I will appreciate it if you can give me some more advise:

RIR EB2, Date of Acceptance for Processing: March 11, 2004

1. My hu*****and is not Chinese, so if I use his nationality, the filing status for 485 is current. Can I file I-140 and 485 concurrently?

2. I know how to file regular I-140 and 485, but I don't know how to file under my hu*****and's nationality. Do I need to state something on the cover letter?

3. Do you recommend me to file I-140 myself and wait for 485's priority date? Because the priority date for EB2 Chinese is Jan 2004 now.
