我朋友這種情況有沒有辦法留下來?

我朋友以探fiance的名義簽證來美國，三個月，現在 fiance想分手了，不想結婚，但是我朋友想繼續留下來，有沒有辦法?

5月14日簽證就到期了。先謝謝各位的建議。
