I filed I140(EB1)and 485 to Vermont Center in April 2004 and I 140 got approved in 2005. Mext Month My PD will be current. I will file I485 for my hu*****and.I have one questions, Please help
1.For filling 1485, Part3 B. List your wife apply with you ? yes or no ? (I filed I 485 April 2004 with my I140. at that time my hu*****and was not in USA)
