who can Help me on H4 Visa!

I go back got married last month. My hu*****and applied H4, but got rejected.so, he made appointment for next month again, is there anybody has similar experience can share to me, I will appreciate.
also, anybody know what materials they exactlly need??
last time, because they know I applying greencard. so, he got reject. but they did not give my hu*****and any good reson for refuse his visa.
is there anything I can do??
